Perfect location, near to Łagiewniki railway station, near to tram stop to the center, near to Sanctuary of the Divine Mercy. Wonderful tasty breakfast, the best we have ever had. Outside parking free of charge.

During my stay, Aleksandar at the reception desk truly went above and beyond to meet my every request, consistently exceeding my expectations. His exceptional service, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made a significant positive impact on my overall experience. Aleksandar's dedication to guest satisfaction reflects his outstanding professionalism and commitment to the hotel's high standards. 1. Modern hotel with big clean rooms, the aircondition was super good, working fast, soft with no noise. Good beds but small if not deluxe room. 2. The staff are what makes this hotel an enjoyable experience, we got a easy upgrade for 50zlt for a bigger bed and balcony. 3. Water at the room, gym and reception. 4. The breakfast was super good and high quality food and staff. 5. The gym is alittle small but has almost all you need. 6. Free parking along side a fence right next to the hotel. 7. 5-7mins walk to the tram, every 10mins line 8 or 10 takes you to the city center in 12mins. You can buy tickets on the port, just remember to stamp your tickets when you enter the tram. 8. The hotel is easy to get around, two elevators and easy stairs. 9. High quality restaurant and drinks/cocktails.

The hotel is located in a car-free area but in an accessible location. The location was perfect - lively atmosphere with lots of restaurants and cafes. Plus, within walking distance you have the main attractions (less than 15 minutes) - the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Cisterna Basilica, so it's easy to explore the different areas of this beautiful city. You couldn't ask for a better location with such beautiful, cosy and welcoming facilities. The room was clean and we felt more at home in it than in the hotel. I was very impressed with the exceptional level of support and assistance from the staff. Their knowledge and willingness to help greatly enhanced my experience. The host, Mr. Yavuz was very friendly, helpful and accommodating (and spoke English, which made my life much easier). Two bottles of water in the fridge greeted us every day. Mr. Yavuz and his team are hosts you don't meet often. I can't thank them enough. Keep up the great spirit and excellent work.
